Avatar is a 2009 America science fiction epic film, it was written and directed by James cameron. The film is set in the year 2154 on pandora. The development of Avatar began in 1994 and was planned for release in 1999 but Cameron didn't think the technology was not ready for his film. He started writing the script in 2006.
